Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You do have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of ordering.

Returns

We do not offer any returns and refunds for items unless they are faulty.

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received it to return and receive a full refund on the item if it is faulty. Please contact me before returning any items, either by phone, email or through the contact page. If you have a commissioned piece from us and you are not fully satisfied with it please contact us and we will do our best to correct any problems.

Refunds 
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a minimum of 7 working days. If preferred an exchange will be sent out for delivery as soon as possible. 

Shipping 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
